Need info for elderly disabled parent...
Is there any kind of goverment assistance or grant to help with the following problem? I have an elderly disabled parent. I would like to purchase a used mobile home to place on my property for her to live. There is the cost of the mobile home, any necessary repairs + wheel chair ramp, moving it to the property, sewage and utilities hook up. I think all of this can be done for around $20,000. She has a $600 per month fixed income.
I have no money to do this. All I can offer is the property to place the mobile home on and my time to help her out. Any advice is greatly appreciated. :)
